Treatwell Connect • 25th February 2021 Web copy: Self-onboarding flow Our aim is to help our partners set themselves up quickly, efficiently, and without needing to speak to anyone. This is our first self-onboarding draft which I wrote and tested with our partners.
16th February 2021 In-product messaging: Lockdown checklist A checklist we're showing to new partners who sign up during the lockdown. The aim is to give them guidance on what to do next and to help them find support.
16th February 2021 In-app copy: Last salon not right for you? This is a message Treatwell users see if they gave a low rating to their previous salon. The aim is to show them there's plenty to choose from, and encourage them to try a different salon (preferably one that other people in their area have liked).
